Информируем вас о том, что с «16» апреля 2021 г. в графическом экране S7 Smart Ticketing обновлен функционал и добавлена новая опция:

Дополнительное место в салоне ВС
Добавлена возможность оформления перевозки пассажирам, занимающим дополнительные места в салоне:

• для перевозки с повышенной комфортностью (EXST)
• для провоза багажа (CBBG)
• для перевозки животного в салоне на пассажирском кресле (PETC CBBG)

Важно!  Опция доступна:

• для обычных типов перевозки экономического класса обслуживания в индивидуальных бронированиях
• для всех пассажиров в PNR. Если дополнительное место требуется  только для части пассажиров, то  оформление производится в разных PNR или через обращение в Центр Поддержки Агентов https://smarthelp.s7.ru

Обращаем внимание, что бронирование перевозки для пассажиров с одинаковыми фамилиями осуществляется в разных PNR!

Особенности  бронирования в S7 Smart Ticketing:
1.     На главной странице поиска необходимо указать направление, даты вылета, количество пассажиров, тип дополнительного места из выпадающего списка (EXST/CBBG/PETC CBBG).

Внимание! При создании бронирования обязательно требуется корректно выбирать тип дополнительного места. Изменение или удаление услуги в созданном PNR не поддерживается.

2.     При создании бронирования агент должен соблюдать требования, изложенные в «Технологии оформления перевозки пассажирам, занимающим дополнительные места в салоне для персонального комфорта или провоза багажа или животного», которая размещена и доступна на partner.s7.ru в разделе «Технологии».

3.     Расчет стоимости и создание бронирования производится стандартными процедурами работы в S7 Smart Ticketing.

Бронирование содержит информацию об общем количестве мест и отражается в разделах: резюме, информация о пассажирах, подробно. Все необходимые SR, SK элементы формируются системой автоматически.

4.     Оформление билетов доступно при условии, что все услуги подтверждены Перевозчиком. Статус услуг можно посмотреть в экране «Booking Summary», в разделе «Special Service Request».

5.     После оформления билетов предварительное бронирование мест доступно во вкладке «Выбор места».
Обращаем внимание, что предварительный выбор мест в салоне ВС является обязательным!
Агент должен назначить места в соответствии с требованиями/ограничениями изложенными, в  «Технологии оформления перевозки пассажирам, занимающим дополнительные места в салоне для персонального комфорта или провоза багажа или животного».

Процедуры, не доступные в S7 Smart Ticketing, выполняются только через обращение в Центр Поддержки Агентов (https://smarthelp.s7.ru):

• добровольное, вынужденное переоформление
• корректировка имени пассажира
• оформление перевозки для пассажира с дополнительным местом по специальным типам перевозок (корпоративным клиентам, блочным перевозкам и др.)
• сплит пассажиров
• оформление перевозки для пассажира с дополнительным местом с предоставлением скидки к опубликованному тарифу.

При оформлении билетов по субсидированным тарифам на рейсы АО «Авиакомпания «Сибирь» ЗАПРЕЩЕНО взимать дополнительные сервисные сборы агентств.

Информируем вас о том, что с 30 декабря 2020 года открывается продажа по субсидированным тарифам для социальных перевозок

на даты вылета в период с 01 января 2021г. по 15 января 2021г. включительно.
Оформление перевозки осуществляется в коде бронирования «А» только в S7 ARDWeb, включая S7 Smart Ticketing (при технической возможности), и АРС Сирена-Трэвел (сеанс C7). Период перевозки с 01.01.2021 по 15.01.2021 включительно.
Оформление билетов по PNR, созданным предварительно в период с 01 декабря по 30 декабря 2020г., на даты вылета в период с 01 января 2021г. по 15 января 2021г. включительно, должно быть произведено до 15-00 по новосибирскому времени 31 декабря 2020г. Затем все бронирования без оформленных билетов будут аннулированы.

Перед оформлением билета для возможности расчета в бронирование, созданное предварительно в период с 01 декабря по 30 декабря 2020г., необходимо внести элемент OP/OSI без изменений строго по формату:
для S7 ARDWeb/S7 AIDL:
OPOVBS7055I/ RECONFIRM THE SEGMENTS
для АРС Сирена-Трэвел:
OSI S7 SUBS. RECONFIRM THE SEGMENTS
На основании опции Перевозчик обновит полетные сегменты в PNR.

Внимание! Запрещено в элементе OP указывать другой офис.
При изменении офиса бронирование не будет обработано Перевозчиком.

Напоминаем, что тарифы предоставляются только для граждан Российской Федерации на основании предъявленных пассажирами документов, удостоверяющих личность, гражданство и возраст пассажиров следующих категорий:

 пассажирам в возрасте до 23 лет. Пассажирам, достигшим 23-х лет, специальный тариф не предоставляется;
 женщинам в возрасте от 55 лет и мужчинам в возрасте от 60 лет;
 взрослым инвалидам I группы и сопровождающим их лицам;
 детям-инвалидам всех групп и сопровождающим их лицам;
 инвалидам с детства II или III групп;
 пассажирам, имеющим удостоверение многодетной семьи или иные документы, подтверждающие статус многодетной семьи в порядке, установленном нормативными правовыми актами субъектов РФ.

Возраст пассажира определяется на дату вылета по каждому участку маршрута. В случае если возраст пассажира удовлетворяет условиям предоставления тарифа только на одном из сегментов перевозки, билет по специальному тарифу может быть оформлен только на этом сегменте.

Не так давно блокчейн рассматривался исключительно как банковская технология, неразрывно связанная с биткоином. Теперь же он уверенно завоевывает свои позиции и в других сферах, где необходимы автоматизация и безопасность расчётов с контрагентами.

S7 Airlines в конце 2016 года поставила перед собой задачу максимально ускорить получение выручки от продажи авиабилетов и одновременно снизить риски неплатежеспособности агентов. Как новые технологии помогают решать подобные задачи, рассказал заместитель генерального директора по информационным технологиям S7 Group Павел Воронин. Материал подготовлен при поддержке официального авиа партнера Startup Village 2017 — программы для корпоративных клиентов S7 Profi.

 

Павел, для начала расскажите, как в S7 Airlines выстроены финансовые отношения между авиакомпаниями и агентами по продаже авиабилетов?

В существующем процессе авиакомпания фактически дает агенту отсрочку, потому что окончательное перечисление выручки производится на третий-пятый день после окончания декады. При рассмотрении вариантов ускорения и этого процесса и снижения риска задержки платежей мы приняли решение работать с агентами на платформе обмена данными через смарт-контракты Ethereum. Платформа основана на технологии блокчейн и позволяет переводить выручку от авиабилетов за вычетом комиссии агента сразу после оформления авиабилета.

Процесс достаточно простой: когда агент отправляет запрос на оформление билета в S7 Smart Ticketing, система отправляет данные о планируемом платеже в смарт-контракт, из которого эти данные «забирает» банк. В свою очередь, после внутренних проверок банк возвращает в смарт-контракт информацию о достаточности средств на расчетном счете агента. Система выписки билетов «видит» обновление информации в смарт-контракте и производит оформление билета, после чего снова отправляет информацию в смарт-контракт. Банк получает информацию об успешном оформлении билета и производит списание средств со счета агента на счет S7 Airlines, после чего отправляет финальный статус в смарт-контракт.

Партнером в реализации проекта был выбран Альфа-Банк – один из крупнейших и наиболее технологически продвинутых баков страны. Блокчейн выбран как наиболее достоверный и защищенный способ хранения и передачи информации. Также немаловажно, что система является транспарентной. Это очень важно для дальнейшего развития платформы.

 

— С какими сложностями пришлось столкнуться?

 

Технология новая и в России до сих пор не используется массово. Поэтому, нам пришлось столкнуться с некоторыми сложностями в описании и юридическом закреплении отношений между участниками платформы. К тому же, до конца не ясна позиция Центробанка по легализации обращения криптовалют в России. Это, в частности, повлияло на выбор Ethereum в качестве платформы, т.к. она предусматривает и продвигает построение частных консорциумов между участниками, что фактически не требует государственного регулирования.

 

— Какие дальнейшие планы по развитию?

 

После запуска пилотного проекта с агентами по продажам авиабилетов мы планируем развить проект как систему автоматизированного взаиморасчёта между контрагентами и привлекать других контрагентов и банки.

Представьте, эта система автоматизирует любую схему взаиморасчета, даже весьма сложную, например, складские поставки. Их можно автоматизировать таким образом, что часть денег будет перечисляться в качестве предоплаты, а вторая при поступлении товара на склад. При таком механизме вся информация автоматически экспортируется из разных систем и абсолютно не требует участия человека: не надо выставлять счета, проводить сверки, писать акты и т д. Потенциально к платформе могут быть подключены поставщики бортового питания, топлива, аэропортовых услуг – все те компании, с кем постоянно работает S7 Airlines.

Мы не планируем останавливаться на достигнутом и надеемся привлечь к участию в платформе и других партнеров.

 

S7 Airlines и Альфа-Банк запускают инновационную блокчейн-платформу

S7 Airlines, участник глобального авиационного альянса oneworld®, совместно Альфа-Банком создает платформу на основе технологии блокчейн для автоматизации торговых операций.

Сначала технология будет применяться для операций по взаиморасчетам с агентской сетью. Позднее пул партнеров будет расширяться. S7 Airlines планирует внедрить блокчейн-платформу уже в июле 2017 года. Об этом сегодня рассказал заместитель гендиректора по информационным технологиям S7 Group Павел Воронин в рамках конференции Startup Village.

В настоящее время расчеты с агентами за оформление билетов предполагают отсрочку платежа сроком до 14 дней. Для снижения рисков неплатежей применяются банковские гарантии, которые могут предоставить только крупные игроки рынка.

Система платежей на основе блокчейн-платформы обеспечивает поступление выручки от продажи за вычетом комиссии агента сразу после оформления авиабилета. Внедрение новой платформы позволит сократить процесс взаиморасчетов с 14 дней до менее, чем 5 минут. А также откроет возможности для небольших агентов продавать билеты без необходимости получать банковские гарантии.

После отправки агентом запроса на оформление билета в S7 Smart Ticketing, система отправляет данные о планируемом платеже в смарт-контракт, из которого эти данные получает банк. В свою очередь, после внутренних проверок банк возвращает в смарт-контракт информацию о достаточности средств на расчетном счете агента. Система выписки билетов видит обновление информации в смарт-контракте и производит оформление билета, после чего снова отправляет информацию в смарт-контракт.
